A Message to Our Walker Family

Our priority is to keep guests, employees, and our community safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. At this time the Ohio Department of Health is requiring all guests and employees to wear masks in and outside our facilities. We will enforce the policy until further notice.

Sales, Service, Parts, and Body Shop departments will remain open as they have been deemed essential services. We’re encouraging staff and guests to observe social distancing and remain six feet apart while at the dealership.

Because you’re at the heart of what we do, we’re working hard to understand how to best serve you during these unpredictable times. Our family is here for you, today and in better days ahead.

Vehicle Cleaning Process

Before you test drive and pick up your new or service vehicle, we will be following this cleaning process:

• Exterior driver side door handle
• Steering wheel- including buttons
• Center Console – outside only
• Gear Selector (Dial/Handle)
• Radio/HVAC Areas
• Touchscreen
• Start/Stop Button
• Driver door armrest and center console
• Window/Seat/Mirror Controls
• Rear View Mirror
• Seatbelt Buckle & Anchor
• Other- any other high touch area
• Key Fob (then placed in envelope)
