While we all find ourselves in uncertain times, we want you to know we are here to meet your automotive needs in a safe and effective way. Your safety and the safety of our employees is of the utmost importance to us.

We have made changes to our hours of operation so that we may best serve you in a safe and considerate manner. To demonstrate our commitment to the safety of our Guests and Team Members, all visitors and workers will be required to follow the new Ohio Department of Health order that mandates the wearing of masks or face coverings when visiting our dealership and premises.

We have always prided ourselves in having a clean and safe work environment, however, we have updated many of our procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines and recommendations from the state and local governments.

  • We have added numerous hand sanitizing stations throughout the dealership for employee and customer use.
  • All offices, desks, door handles, and vehicles used are sterilized after each customer interaction and multiple times throughout the day.
  • We have created processes for our staff to conduct all aspects of the business while maintaining the 6-foot guideline recommended by the CDC. These include but are not limited to: using email/text/video chat to complete most of the sales process and documentation, allowing customers to go on test drives without the presence of a salesperson, and using an unattended desk to transfer any paperwork that requires an original signature.
  • All staff are required to maintain good hygiene and frequently wash and sanitize their hands with supplied items.
  • We are recommending that customers coming into the dealership limit their party size to 1 for service and 2 for sales to help maintain social distance.
  • We have provided distance markers in all departments so you can comfortably maintain a 6-foot distance from other customers and employees.
  • By request, you can work with one of our priority sales staff members to have a vehicle delivered to you.
