Timothy Pearson was fantastic to deal with. He was on top of all the details and answered all of questions and provided additional information and photos. Buying a vehicle sight unseen can be a little stressful; however, Timothy eliminated any concerns we had.

I have been to so many Toyota dealerships in the Washington DC area that try to get you to pay for things you do not need. I had a very pleasant experience at Walker Toyota. My salesman (Keaton Rutledge) was very professional and got me into a certified 2019 Toyota Sienna in no time at all. Walker Toyota Service Department (in Miamisburg, Ohio) provided outstanding service during my last visit on Sep 15/16, 2022. Joshua Fryman went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I asked them to find and eliminate a squeaking noise coming from the left front of the vehicle. It took them a couple of days and several test drives, but it appears that they were successful. I really appreciate the superb customer service. Thank you.

Thanks Jermaine! We called and spoke with Jermaine about purchasing a new Hylander Hybrid. He had a car waiting for us when we arrived. It did not have the features that we wanted, so he went out to the snow covered lot and brought up another - it was perfect!! Came back the next day to close the deal! i did not think they could get me the car i really wanted at a price i would accept- but they did. Sonny, my salesman, was able to upgrade my car with features at the same price i would have taken a lesser car. The process went very smooth, and i was even able to turn in my Lexus lease at the same time. I am a very happy customer and look forward to buying another car from Sonny.

I just purchased a beautiful 2019 Toyota Camry from Walker Toyota today and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Hank, the salesman was very friendly, helpful, and informative and Hadi Imam, the finance person, was also wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is the third car but the first new car I have purchased from Walker Toyota and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car, be it new or used.
